Good to Know

  • Participants must sign a medical form during check-in on the day.
  • Under 20s require parental consent.
  • Participation is not permitted for guests under 5, over 59, anyone listed under "Who is this activity not suitable for?", anyone under the influence of alcohol, or with medical conditions including asthma. If any restriction is discovered on the day or after the free cancellation period, participation will be refused and no refund will be provided.
  • Snorkeling is conducted in a designated safety area. Life jackets are mandatory. Guests cannot operate the boat. Boat type may change without notice.
  • Limited prescription masks (up to ±3.0 diopters) are available. One-day contact lenses are recommended.
  • Weather or sea conditions may cancel the tour, you will be offered a refund in that event. The captain will select the safest and most suitable site. Visibility, marine life, and reef conditions depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Meeting Point

The Check-in is inside the Naha Miegusuku port waiting room. The staff will wear a blue t-shirt with Cerulean blue on it. The meeting is at 9:00/13:45 and you will have to signe the medical form for the activity. Boat departure 9:30/14:15
